Yes, the water in our pools is disinfected with chlorine, in accordance with the highest safety standards and regulations of the Ministry of Health. The chlorine concentration is completely safe and adapted to the norms required for swimming pools.

The recreational pool is 20 meters long, and the water temperature is 28.5°C. In the brine pool, it is maintained at 32°C, while in the jacuzzi it reaches 34°C.

We encourage you to use the parking facilities at Galeria Metropolia, which is located just 200 meters from our establishment.

Yes, the comfort of our guests is our priority. When purchasing a standard admission ticket (1h or 3h), you receive an additional 10 minutes for preparation. For 45-minute Aqua Fitness classes, your total time at the facility is 70 minutes.

It is not mandatory, however, the number of places in the pool is limited. To guarantee entry and for your own comfort, we strongly recommend booking in advance through our online system, WodGuru.

Each reservation is personal and requires an individual account. However, the WodGuru platform allows for the creation of sub-accounts (e.g., for children) that can be linked to the main account, which significantly facilitates reservations for families.

The price for Aqua Aerobics and Aqua Senior classes is PLN 50, and Aqua Spinning is PLN 85 (each lasting 45 minutes). You can sign up through the WodGuru reservation system, available on our website in the schedule tab.

A swimsuit, towel, and flip-flops are sufficient. If you do not have a towel, you can rent one for a fee at our reception.

In addition to standard equipment (swimsuit, towel, flip-flops), for intensive aqua spinning classes, it is advisable to bring a water bottle or bidon to ensure hydration. Specialized footwear is not required.

No, participation in rituals is only possible with a valid admission ticket to the Pool + Sauna zone. The duration of the ritual is included in the total stay time.

A BIO sauna is a milder variation of a dry sauna, characterized by a lower temperature (approx. 65°C) and higher humidity. It is ideal for individuals who prefer gentler conditions or are new to saunas.

The sauna zone is a textile-free zone, meaning swimwear is not permitted. During sessions, the body should be wrapped in a towel or a sauna sheet.
