Aqua Classes

Aqua Spinning

Aqua Spinning classes are dynamic fitness workouts conducted in the pool, utilizing special stationary bikes submerged in water. This training combines elements of stationary cycling with water resistance, which enhances exercise effectiveness while being gentle on the joints. The classes improve fitness, strengthen leg and gluteal muscles, and support calorie burning. Thanks to the aquatic environment, they are suitable for individuals of various fitness levels.

Aqua Aerobics



Aqua aerobics involves water-based movement classes that combine elements of gymnastics and dance. Exercises are performed to music, and the water’s resistance makes the workout effective yet safe for joints. These classes improve fitness, strengthen the entire body, and support fat reduction. They are suitable for individuals of all ages and fitness levels. An Aqua Senior variant is also available, tailored to the needs of older adults – offering lower intensity with an emphasis on mobility, balance, and exercise comfort.

Aqua Power Burn



A powerful, energetic water workout focused on maximum calorie burning for a group of up to 10 people. Intervals, a fast pace, and varied training stations ensure there’s no room for boredom.
Aqua Power Burn is a combination of cardio, strength, and dynamics that sculpts the physique and improves endurance – without stressing the joints.
For those who enjoy challenges and intense exertion! These classes are not recommended for seniors.

Aqua Flow



Relaxing classes in warm saline water (35°C), aimed at deep stress and tension reduction. During the sessions, participants float freely on the water’s surface, allowing the body to gradually relax. The warmth and buoyancy of the saline water relieve muscle tension and calm the nervous system, leading to a state of profound relaxation.

“Beautiful and Young by Summer” – Facial Self-Massage
Workshop

A series of 8 weekly sessions designed to improve facial appearance and health before the summer. Classes are conducted in an intimate group of 10 participants, allowing for an individualized approach and a comfortable atmosphere. During the sessions, participants learn to reduce tension in the facial, neck, and shoulder muscles, which contributes to wrinkle smoothing, improved facial contour, and overall relaxation. The workshops also help alleviate ailments such as headaches, migraines, and bruxism, supporting both aesthetics and daily well-being.
